Services provided

GamblerLawyer.com provides: Player-to-casino dispute resolution, educational guides on how to avoid scams, understand casino terms, and practice responsible online gambling and complaint mediation (non-binding). We facilitate communication to prevent legal action. We are NOT a law firm. We do not offer legal advice or legal representation.

User responsibilities

To input honest, truthful information when complaining, cooperate during the mediation process (such as responding to requests for evidence), and unfailingly refrain from submitting frivolous, abusive, or fraudulent complaints. Violation may lead to termination of access.

Complaint process

Submission process: Complaints must include the casino name, username, and requested details as far as possible.
Mediation: We serve as a neutral intermediary to facilitate negotiations with casinos. There are no guarantees of outcomes — we must maintain a position of fairness that does not contractually obligate us to enforce any given resolution.
We may publish your case anonymously for instructional purposes.
A fee of 15% of recovered funds is payable to us by the complainant.

All content on this website, including texts, logos, and guides, is copyrighted by GamblerLawyer. The trademarks of casinos shown are the properties of their respective trademark owners (used in good faith under "fair use" principles).

Use of our materials for republication must be approved by us, with attribution.

Privacy policy

Limitation of liability

Public disclosure of complaints

By using GamblerLawyer.com, you hereby agree:

a. Visibility of complaint

Any complaint you submit may be published in full on our site to increase transparency within dispute resolution, educate other players about the activities of casinos, and encourage and incentivize Casinos to reach fair resolutions.

b. Anonymizing

We shall redact personally-identifiable information (such as full names, addresses, and payment details) before publication, restricting it to initials only. Please refer to our privacy policy for further information.

c. Licensing and moderation rights

You hereby grant us a royalty-free, perpetual license to use, modify, and publish your complaint material for operational and educational purposes. We reserve the right to: Edit/redact delicate information; Reject/remove any complaints that contravene our guidelines (e.g., false claims, use of offensive language).

Non-financial cases

In the case of non-financial issues, such as blocked accounts, GamblerLawyer would refer users to guides to tackle the problem on their own with the casino. GamblerLawyer shall not take on the matter.

Governing law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the Netherlands.
